Parasites is set in a vampiresque world with drag queens and blood lust. The year is 2025 five years ago the world was hit by a pandemic a virus has spread infecting at least 10% of the world’s population. BDV (Blood Dependence Virus) keeps the infected perfectly healthy and looking perfectly normal, Other than their eyes which develop a strange purple colour.
